If you’re looking for a way to preemptively burn off those St. Patrick’s Day pints, sign up for the Four Courts Four Miler Race on Saturday, March 12th, only a stone’s throw from our metropolitan apartments. While the race has returned to its in-person format for 2022, if you’re more comfortable (or simply need some flexibility), you can still run it “virtually”—meaning you can log your miles anywhere at any time before March 19th.

However, if you choose to join the fun in person, you’ll also get to enjoy the experience of running alongside other revelers! The race kicks off at 9 a.m. at Ireland’s Four Courts, arguably Arlington’s most popular Irish pub. After a few miles downhill, you’ll loop around and head back to the bar. Power your way uphill toward the finish line and you won’t regret it. The after-party will also be held at Ireland’s Four Courts where the beers will be free-flowing and the bites will be aplenty!
